ACTIVBODY RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Activbody, Inc. (“Activbody”) for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a full refund. You may return any Activbody and/or Activ5 branded product and accessories contained in the original packaging (the “Activbody Product”), purchased from Activbody or its authorized resellers and agents in accordance with the terms below.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorization must be requested from Activbody’s customer service within 30 days of your date of receipt. To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
- You must return the Activbody Product to Activbody to receive a refund. Your Activbody Product must be returned in good condition (not broken or damaged), in the original packaging and all accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The return authorization number that you were given by Activbody’s customer service must be included along with your returned Activbody Product.
Additional terms and conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Activbody Product while in transit back to Activbody.
- If you return an Activbody Product to Activbody: (a) without a return authorization from Activbody; or (b) without the original packaging and all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase: Activbody retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return, or charge you a restocking fee of 20% of the original price of the Activbody Product, or the retail value of the missing packaging, parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
